Insurance

We are an in-network provider with the following insurance companies: Aetna, Premera Blue Cross, Cigna, and Lifewise. We provide partial, out of newtork reimbursement for Regence patients. We also accept personal injury cases.

Policies

Patients are requested to arrive for their appointment on time, and to call the clinic if by any chance they will be arriving late.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Full payment may be charged if patients fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

What to wear

Most sessions do not require disrobing, and patients are simply advised to wear loose, comfortable clothing. It is preferable not to arrive for treatment on a completely empty stomach, or immediately after a big meal. Please make sure to drink plenty of fluids after your session.
