A program to educate people about the importance and positive aspects of aging and dying. We believe in honoring an individual’s right to a peaceful passing. This workshop provides the knowledge for you to make sound choices in life. It will refresh your preconceived conceptions about the final process. You will go away feeling empowered and inspired, both for yourself and for those people that you deeply care for.

Highlights

  • Soul Navigation: Make sound decisions in life and have clarity of consciousness through the last passage in life
  • Legal Considerations: Law and policy, rights and advocacy, dying with dignity, etc
  • Long Term Vision:  Life after death, survival of the intangible self

Going through the last passage in life with sound decisions and clarity of consciousness is something that we all wish for ourselves and our loved ones. Although this is a subject that is not commonly spoken about, it might well come across our mind since, after all, the ending of physical existence is only a natural process. Our expertise would be fostering skills that help people address their fears and concerns. Whether you would like to gain more legal clarity on your rights, or seek greater wisdom to embrace this transition from a non-materialistic perspective, this workshop will both calm and expand your mind.

We offer insights from evidence based research into the continuation of life after physical death. We will also discuss the nature of the intangible self, and offer examples of how people can embrace their soul journey at any stage of life or during terminal illness.

A valuable program for anyone who is interested in holistic ways of livinghealth care professionals, care-givers, family or friends of people facing life-threatening illness, and anyone who wish to embrace the end of life process with grace and an openness to spirit.

  • Session 1: We teach you first how improving the inner health of your organs will greatly improve your outward appearance, especially your hair, skin and nails. Conventional beauty methods use mostly toxic materials  to superficially improve personal appearance. In fact, besides putting toxic chemicals inside the body, they simply place a mask over the aging process. By contrast, our secret beauty methods work from the inside out. They are all natural, safe, and toxin free. They will improve your internal health, and generate a vibrant attractiveness other people will notice! You will grow in confidence, happiness and in self-assurance. In this section, we discuss self-care methods for your vital organs. Beauty is always generated from the inside out!

  • Session 2: We teach you here to read the signs! You can diagnose problems, deficiencies or imbalances from your skin, hair and nails. Each of these organs can indicate some problems inside your body which have caused your appearance to suffer. It could be due to nutritional deficiencies, hormone problems, environmental toxins, lack of quality sleep, low-grade infections, or stressful relationships. You will learn here how to “read” your skin, hair or nails.

  • Session 3: We teach you next the best herbal and nutritional methods for improving your health and inner radiance, focusing on the beauty of your hair, skin and nails. We look at the optimal foods, hydration methods, detox methods and herbal remedies to improve your health and appearance, especially your skin, hair, posture, spine, and facial expression.

  • Session 4: We teach you special acupressure techniques, and special topical applications. We look at the best ways for you to enhance your outer beauty through topical applications of oils, creams, infra-red stimulation, facial self-massage, dry brushing techniques, detox soaks, and more! As you become more healthy internally, so you will become more attractive outwardly. You will have learned some of the wondrous secrets of radiant beauty!

Don’t we feel happiest when our bodies are flexible and our minds at ease? Did you know that prevention is far better (and cheaper) than cure? We tend to adapt to almost everything in life, good or bad, so we
can easily become blocked, stuck or misaligned. Many people accept pain as part of life, and many others are not even aware how their bodies may be in a perpetual state of discomfort. Over time, such physical blockages can lead on to more serious issues and symptoms. Being in discomfort, or simply being stiff, reduce our ability to succeed in life: to perform to our very best potential.

This series of seminars explain the intricate relationship between breath, movement, nutrition and a healthy immune system. The 10 step program has been designed to enhance the overall quality of your life. It makes self-care comprehensive, easy to follow, and deeply gratifying. Designed for self-motivated and health conscious people, it offers up a pathway to joyful living. You will gain flowing movement skills, special breathing techniques and many other practical tools to optimize your faculties.

Cultivation of the heart is the very essence of yoga, and indeed of many other spiritual traditions. The heart is the true foundation of our mind, the very basis of our physical and emotional strength. When we develop our hearts, we enhance all aspects of our existence. We become self-determining beings, capable of navigating through life with purpose and inner freedom. Spiritual self-inquiry has long been Katerina’s principal path. It is the way she chooses to carry yoga beyond the merely physical, and back into the real world . Deliberate attention to what is most important cleans the heart, and allows it to see clearly, without prejudice, delusion or pretense.  Clarity of perception and understanding nourish the body no less than food does. This deep orientation towards a heart-brain synthesis has shaped Katerina’s exceptional style of teaching, and the associated self-healing it brings. If you are wondering where the source of her inspiration comes from, then this series if highly recommended.

Designed for people who would like to experience authentic yoga. This will be a wonderful gathering. You will be surrounded by like-minded people seeking authentic methods of self-development and inner freedom.

All about water: its role in nature, in health, in energy, in spiritual development

Water is central to all life. It is a mystery, a miracle. When it comes to health, nothing is more vital than the inner fluids of the human body. Our joints, our brains, our vital organs – indeed all our tissues – are fed and bathed by biological waterways. Blood nourishes us, lymph cleanses us. As we age, however, we tend to accumulate toxins which interfere with the functioning and free-flow of these pathways. This will result inevitably in illness, aging and premature death.

Leonardo Da Vinci compared springs, rivers and aquifers to the blood vessels of the human body. Clean, healthy blood is essential for human life just as clean, healthy water in our environment is essential for all life. Nothing is more interconnecting than water, and it is the level of health of the fluids within your body that will ultimately determine your quality of life, and even how long you will live.

Are you curious to learn how to prevent, or reverse, degenerative disease? One way is to study what cutting edge scientific research is now showing us about water and health. Interestingly, the vital importance of water has also been primary in traditional Chinese medicine. Did you know that your internal waters, and hence your overall life force, can be cleaned and upgraded through special Qigong exercises?

This workshop is a true inspirational experience in which you will learn to embody the mysterious intelligence of water through contemplation and flowing movements. You can learn how to bring that intelligence of water deep into your own body.

You will learn:

– the cosmic origins of water                               – the oscillation dynamics of water

– the hidden force within water                            – the adaptability of water

– the memory of water                                         – how water works within organs and cells

– how to move with fluidity and grace                  – how to revitalize organs and joints

– how water enhances your strength & spirit       – how to harness inner power

– how molecular hydrogen works to heal your body

– how water can be refreshed and cleansed within your body

Do you love yoga? Of course you do. Yes, we all use yoga to keep our bodies youthful, trim and supple. But it can do far more than this: it can unleash our inner beauty as much as our outer beauty. However, on the very deepest level it’s a way to connect with all of nature, and with the very mystery of life.

So you see, if we choose to practice yoga internally, it can lead us to serenity, grace and wisdom. Yoga then becomes a journey of challenge, discovery and delight, a quest in pursuit of our deepest selves.

This workshop will present priceless information for whoever takes their yoga practice seriously. It will clearly explain the principles and philosophy of this ancient art. When you learn what is at the genuine heart of yoga, your body will automatically start to become younger, stronger, more flexible and more vibrant. The key lies in crucial information that leads to a deeper understanding. Otherwise, the gateway to progress is blocked. It is very rare that such an opportunity arises as this workshop.

Both days will consist of practice, lecture, pranayama, meditation, visualization techniques and energetic practices of Infinite Body™. Inspiring visuals will also be presented.

This weekend of immersion is designed for teachers / practitioners who desire to lead a life filled with strength and clarity.

To Teachers: Two of the fundamental elements of being an exceptional teacher are the ability to “swim like a fish” within your own creative instincts, and being able to tap into nature and the reservoir of your inner wisdom. This workshop is about learning several key things: how to express your heartfelt passion in a down-to-earth sort of way; how to deliver profound teaching from a place of simplicity: and how to individualize your own teaching style. It will not only strengthen your ability as a benevolent teacher but also fortify your development as a character. If you would like to be inspired and supported in becoming an outstanding teacher who shines among the many talents in the industry, you will find these pedagogies invaluable.

It would be wonderful to nurture a supportive forum with like-minded colleagues and practitioners, so kindly share this information. For studio owners, this is an opportunity for your teachers to take another giant step forward. Wouldn’t it be ideal if your studio(s) were represented by distinguished, impressive teachers?
